Recording Zoom Sessions

To create a case note on Klarify using Zoom, you have 4 options:

Zoom in Browser
Share Entire Screen
Use a Second Device
Uploading a Zoom Recording

If you do this, you can use our "Record virtual session" and choose the Zoom tab when it asks what you want to record. Watch the video below to see how to do this. If you don't see the "Join from your browser" link, read this help article.

2) Share Entire Screen

On Windows and newer Mac OS / Chrome, you can share your entire screen and system audio and it will pickup your Zoom call seamlessly.

3) On older Mac's that dont allow this, you can:

Use your phone as an "in-person" recorder placed next to your computer.
Use your computer as an "in-person" recorder while using Zoom on your phone.

The recording device must hear both your voice and your client's through speakers. Headphones won't work for this method.

4) Upload method

Record your session using Zoom's built-in recording feature and upload the file to Klarify with the "Upload recording" button.
