Managing Your Account & Billing Settings

Settings

General 

Here you can select the following defaults to change:

• Note types
• Custom rules
• Note language
• Your own pronouns
• Preferred professional title

Change Clinic Name

• Go to Settings
• Go to Clinic
• Change the name shown
• 

Delete Clinic

In case you wanted to delete your clinic along with all the information in it

• Go to Settings
• Go to Clinic
• Press "Delete Clinic"
• 

Manage Account

Here you can delete your account or update your:

• Email
• Password
• 2-step authentication

Billing Management

View Billing

1. Click “Settings” ->  "Plan & Billing"
2. See current plan details
3. Check payment history by clicking “Manage Billing”

Change Plans

1. Click "Downgrade/Upgrade" under the plan you want
2. Add coupon code (if you have one)
3. Confirm new plan
