Generating & Editing Notes

Generate Notes

  1. After recording, click the session you want the note for on the “Record” page
  2. Choose format if different from default
  3. Wait 30-60 seconds for processing
  4. Review generated notes
  5. If they do not meet your needs, please try creating a custom template or creating/modifying custom rules.


Set Default Format

  1. Go to Settings in dashboard
  2. Click "General"
  3. Press dropdown on “Default Note Types” and select your preferred format



Editing Your Notes

Step 1: Review Generated Notes

  1. Read through all sections
  2. Check for accuracy
  3. Add any missing information


Step 2: Make Edits

  1. Click "Edit" to edit manually or “Edit with AI” to have the AI assistant edit your note by typing commands like “Remove bullet points” / “Make each section shorter” / “Add quotes to each section” etc.
  2. Save changes


Step 3: Finalize

  1. Review entire note
  2. Export to your EHR if needed by either copy and pasting, or downloading as a file
